Each tour includes a custom interactive navigation map with suggested routes, recommended stops, and audio stories that introduce you to Seward’s history, landmarks, and most scenic locations. The routes are provided as a guide — if there’s somewhere else you’d like to explore along the way, you’re welcome to adjust the route and make the experience your own.
The Jeep comes with a full tank of fuel included, and you’ll have access to the vehicle for the tour duration that best fits your plans.
We understand that some guests want to experience Seward in a shorter window, which is why we created the 4-hour tour — offering carefully selected scenic stops and historical highlights. For guests with more time, the 12-hour tour provides a full-day suggested itinerary, additional stops, and recommendations for lunch and breaks throughout the day.
Tour Schedule and Duration
Our self-guided Jeep tours are offered in flexible time blocks to fit your day in Seward. The 4-hour tour is available in two options: a morning tour from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and an afternoon tour from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. These options are ideal if you want to explore Seward’s highlights within a shorter time frame.
For guests who prefer a more relaxed pace or want additional time to explore, we also offer a full-day self-guided Jeep tour from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, providing a total of 12 hours to experience Seward and its surrounding scenic areas.
All tours begin and end at Marina Motel, located at 1603 Seward Highway, Seward, Alaska. This is the pickup location for your Jeep and the return point at the end of your scheduled tour time.
